Cari, why are you taking about MP3 files. The original poster said:

Note the word *video*. The files are not just audio.
To play the video files these may be either playable directlty by your
dvd player (experiment on a dvd rw as data files), or may need
"authoring". A good authoring software is Ulead Movie Factory.
