Unable to change screen resolution...Display problems

Installed win xp but unalble to change screen resolution
from 640X480 pixels. Res. Color quality (medium 16bit). Slider will
not move. Can’t change dpi setting. Help

Look to your video card manufacturers most recent drivers, download
install. To see what's in the box, download and install Belar
Advisor.
