At boot time getting message

RUNDLL
Error loading cmicnfg.cpl
The specified module could not be found.

cmicnfg.cpl is a process belonging to C-Media based soundcards which is
initiated upon startup to configure this audio hardware's control panel
applet. This program is non-essential process to the running of the system.

If you do not have the link to manufacturer's download site, try here:
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=8973

Enter "C-Media" > Search > select the appropriate driver.
