i'm somewhat curious myself...!
i have noted on numerous occassions on somekind
of "lease renwal" dates in my wireless connection properties...
and i have thought "what happens when the lease don't get renewed?"
what i have seen is that my date changes periodically, but can't think of
how it happens considering I don't do anything that i think affects that
"lease".
i also think to myself, "what the hell is this?", especially since i
paid in full for my router... further there was nothing on the
box for the router indicating "by the way, this won't work if
the lease get expired..."
hope someone can shed some light too...

The lease refers to the length of time you have the use of a particular
IP address from your ISP. It is a way of managing a pool of IP
addresses. When the lease expires, another IP address is provided
automatically. With broadband connections, it may even be the same IP.
It doesn't matter. It has nothing to do with your router or what you
paid for it.

Hi,
I am also getting the same message, but mine says "The server could not bind
to the transport \Device\NetBT_Tcpip_{268C747B-4EAA-4411-8896-E15E357F6058}
because another computer on the network has the same name. ".
My wireless router lease time is set to indefinite but I am having
intermitent problems with it which I'm speaking to Belkin about. I've only
just reinstalled my whole PC, so I'm not sure why this is happening. Any
advice/thoughts?
Thanks,
Andrew G.
