From what I've read, loader.exe isn't part of WLM, but may be malware.

http://groups.google.com/groups/search?q=loader.exe&qt_s=Search

Your a/v software might have deleted the malware, but a reference to it
still exists in the registry, or wherever it's loaded.  If in the registry:

Click Start, Run, type REGEDIT, click OK.  Press the Home key, press F3,
type the name of the file into the search pane.  Click "Find Next", and
when located, delete the reference to the file.  Press F3 to continue
the search.

You can click File, Export, and save the entry to the Desktop.  If you
remove it and there's a problem, double-click the .reg file you exported
to the Desktop and it'll be added to the registry again.  You can create
a restore point before editing the registry too.

> Well I tried what you said and I still got the same window "Windows can not find "loader.exe".  If you have renamed it or moved it use search".  I had the same problem around June and I found a program with the word loader.exe in it and I moved it to the folder.  I tried it again and it said "the file loader.exe is performing an illegal action.  Close and retry.  I click close and it opens the messenger but recently I uninstalled the messenger and when I tried to load it I keep getting that same message and when I click on the ok it frezzes and crashes.  Is it a problem with my pc or do I have to completely delete the messenger and all its components and install it anew?  If yes, how do I permanently remove it?

Look in Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs, and see if there's an entry
for the utility.  If so, click the Add/Change button and see if there's
a Repair option.  Or just uninstall it from there.

Hi,

Meseems, at one time you had installed messenger discovery and than you had
unistalled it. This had caused this porblem.

if you install messenger discovery again, you won't see this message again.
