PC use time monitor

Anyone have any experience/recommendations for a PC time use monitor?  I'm
looking for something to control the amount of time a grandson spends
playing games.  He is fairly knowledgable and has admin rights to his XP Pro
system.

The date and time was 1/30/2008 6:00 AM, and on a whim, WWII pounded out
on the keyboard:

If he's been given admin rights and is fairly knowledgeable, there isn't
 much one could do that he couldn't undo.  Make him a limited user and
there are options. Cybersitter for one.

Can't do what you want.  His admin rights give him full control of the
computer and everything that's installed on it.

To do this, you need a 3rd party tool like Net Nanny or cybersitter, which
uses passwords not related to the user accounts.    It won't matter if he
has admin rights.

These provide lots of configuration and restriction options and logging.

You must use strong passwords and change them regularly.

For Cybersitter at least, it does/did matter.  An Administrator can kill
the process.

No need for software. Set the limit, stick with it.
