"Please Wait" keeps poping up

Why do I get "Please Wait" for a few seconds on my screen with an OK button
when using IE?
This is always too short for me to click OK and there is not program name
anywhere on this pop up.

I've never seen this before. Just started happening.

Probably haven't cleaned out your Cookies in a while.
Run Disk Cleanup under Accessesories>System Tools
