Multiple Problems

Please help me I think I am going crazy.

The problem started with recurring hard boot after I navigate around
googlearth. It
freezes the computer after about 4 or 5 operations.  Example I load an
address,
zoom into the maximum magnification, and move the focus to a little bit
south.   After a couple of tries I was presented with "Active Desktop
Recovery". I clicked  on the "Restore my Active Desktop" and received the
following error message, titled: "Internet Explorer Script Error." I click
cancel and that didn't work so I clicked retry.  Sorry I am not sure of the
what happened next but I loaded IE. I tried rebooting.

Ever since I get a working copy of IE as part of my wallpaper, covering the
exact area as the "Active Desktop" message. I use a wallpaper changer and
whenever the wallpaper changes the IE reloads. I have tried to turn off the
wallpaper changer and even uninstalled it and load a standard wallpaper but
it still happens.

What could have caused the hard reboot??

How could internet explorer become embedded in the wall paper

I had the exact problem, I am able to get the scanner to work but cannot get
the printer driver installed correctly.  I've done a hard reboot 9-10 times!
Any luck getting this to work?
