I am attempting to download & install Microsoft Update. When I attempt this I am told I need ActiveX Control. The instructions for installing ActiveX Control reads as follows: 1. Right-click the Internet Information Bar. It's located just below the address bar. 2. In the right-click menu, click Install ActiveX Control. When I right-click the Internet Information Bar, there is no "Install ActiveX Control" in the menu. Hi Carey, after I run the diag tool, it gets stuck on "Checking Windows validation ActiveX load" while all else passes. Now what?
