Recently I've started getting many pop-up messages about apache: "Apache.exe
has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the
inconvenience." The details are:
Error Signature
szAppName : Apache.exe szAppVer : 0.0.0.0
szModName : apachemoduleoprocmgr.dll szModVer : 0.0.0.0
offset : 00003a2c
I have a text file that lists details about the problem, and have "told
Microsoft" about the problem multiple times. Eventually my systme dies
because of the hundreds of instances of java.exe and isqplus that get
spawned each time this pop-up occurs.
Has anyone else encountered this problem? Is it possible to re-install
apache to fix this?

If you're having problems with Apache and need it, I'd check with a support
group that handles Apache. If you don't need Apache (and you haven't
indicated that you really use it) you could just uninstall it. Or upgrade
it.
This doesn't sound like a Windows issue, per se....
