hello!

I'm receiving an error "the selected file is an invalid microsoft document
image". This occurs when I edit the TIFF file over the network and the file
gets corrupted. I searched on the internet and got a fix for it but that fix
is in zip form and whenever I unzip it it asks me for password.

I'm using Windows 2000 SP4 on my PC. Please help me out

I'd question the 'fix' you got.  Inside a password protected ZIP file?  Why?
And why can you not get the password for it if it is legitimate.

Let us in on what the fix is (called, where you got it, etc) and maybe
somone here can help you get a legitimate version (with password if
needed)...
