there is a message displayed that some port actions have been blocked
in the last hour. what is this? what is the cause for blocking a port
action?

i use only windos firewall. is there better firewall software? if so
plz give me the link.

Others may tell you otherwise but I think the Windows Firewall is fine.
Just make sure you have an updated an anti-virus programme and a real
time anti-spyware programme. Spybot S & D provide a good freeware
anti-spyware programme. Windows Defender also provides real time
anti-spyware protection for free.
