Offline Folder Sync issue

Hello All,

I got a quick question: I setup up my Documents sync with a server
shared folder, I use to be able use the offline files when I left the
office. However today, when I used a public connection at Star Bucks,
I found all the items in my Documents lost, which made sense since I
am totally off the local network, I then went back to office and did a
sync at logon, it went pretty fast, then I logged off, it took a while
to sync again, since my sync was setup at both log on and off. Then I
went home and found that my Documents contains all the folders there,
which is a kind of improvement, but no files in the folder.

Don't know why, any one could explain this?

Thanks a lot,

Sincerely,
Ben

Hi Ben,

Are your "My Documents" target set to a network drive, and Offline
Folders are enabled?  Were there any errors in the console when it was
syncing?  Was the server changed?  You can re-initialize the Offline
Folder cache by holding down Shift-Ctrl and clicking the Delete files
button in the config page of OF.  It doesn't delete files when holding
down Shift-Ctrl.  Give that a try and see if it doesn't help.
