pctsTray.exe - Application Error

When I start my computer, it gives me the following message: pctsTray.exe -
Application Error  The exception  unknown software exception (0x0eedfade)
occured in the application at location 07c812a5rb.

Would appreciate help getting rid of this.

This file apparently belongs to Spyware Doctor. Here's a link to a post
about this issue on their forums:

If you want to keep Spyware Doctor, continue your troubleshooting in their
forum. Otherwise, uninstall the program from Add/Remove Programs.
