Whenever i open explorer, file name are not listed properly

Whenever i open explorer, file name are not listed properly.  Even i click on
name to sort it by alphabetically it still displays in a wrong order.  For
example  2 3 5 6 2 8 7 9 in numbers.   abcd...m...a....y...e  etc.

Click on Name at the top of the column.
