not sure but since
my pc's are perfect
with sp2, i'm not
ready to loose
any sleep with sp3.

likely that a sp3a
or sp4 is on the
horizon.

Hi Rick,

I don't have 4, but I don't have any problems with the version I have.
It might even be version 1, because Help > About, doesn't state which
version.

it crashes.  I'm going to try a couple of more things like safe mode and
then see what happens.  It is not really a big issue I use Paint
Shop Pro most of the time but, since I bought this I'd like it to work. :)
