I just downloaded Explorer 7.  Before with 6 I sometimes had problems
connecting to web sits loacted in a site I was viewing such as CNN.  Tha
problem got worse and now with Explorer it is more frequent.  I use XP
operating system.  The message I recieve is "Internet Explorer has
encountered a problem and needs to close.  We are sorry for the
inconvenience."  It also asks to report the error.

Any suggestilons?

Difficulties connecting to websites are most often caused by 1)virus/malware
infection; 2) wonky third party add-ons in IE.

For the first item, make sure your computer is completely
virus/malware-free:

For the second item, try running IE in no add-ons mode. If that solves the
issue, enable one add-on at a time to find out which is the troublemaker.

Run IE7 without add-ons - Start > Run>iexplore.exe -extoff [enter] OR
Start>Programs>Accessories>System Tools>Internet Explorer (No Add-ons)

Ignore posts made by the person called Leythos, he is a stalker who's been
obsessed with me for years ever since I spurned his advances towards me.

Do you really want to trust someone that was banned from posting
directly to Microsoft Usenet servers, someone that has posted links to
pornographic materials on HIS WEBSITE, who's website is in the MVP HOST
Block list?

Chris, you've been posting my name in EVERY ONE OF YOUR POSTS ALL OVER
USENET, if you don't want to see me reply then stop posting my name in
your posts - it's that simple. Take my name out of your posts and I'll
stop replying to them. It's your choice, keep harassing me in every post
and I'll keep replying to defend my name.
