I am looking for a freeware Task Scheduler that does not require a password
like Microsoft’s Task Scheduler.

Also, very important, I want the scheduler to be able to run the tasks only
the FIRST TIME the computer is booted on the selected day regardless of the
time of day, i.e. anytime between 12:01 AM and 11:59 PM.  Neither Microsoft's
or Solway's Task Scheduler will do this.

I don't suppose you even tried Googling for it.

Yes, I did Google it with AOL search enhanced with Google.  My AOL search did
not reveal the JIT 9.00 Task Scheduler, at least on the first three pages of
links (later found on link page #8).  I downloaded and am now using the JIT
Scheduler.  It works great and can meet my requirement for "full day"
execution with a user selected maximum number of executions on the selected
day.  Also, no password is required.

Running Scheduled Tasks without a password:

For Pro:  Start/Control Panel/Administrative Tools/Local Security
Policy/Local Policies/Security options. In the right hand pane (third down).

Accounts: Limit local account use of blank passwords to console logon only.
This is enabled by default, disable it.

If my memory serves me correctly, Karen Kenworthy's "Once-A-Day II" might fit
the bill perfectly:  "Automatically perform tasks, the first time Windows
starts or a user logs on, each day!"

Link to "Once-A-Day II:"  http://www.karenware.com/powertools/ptoad.asp

Also see lots of other useful Karenware utilities summarized at:

Good luck!
