Why does my computer automatically logs me on when the power goes off?  When
you turn the computer it logs me on without doing anything.

Your post is a little unclear. When power goes off,
most computers get turned off, they don't log people
on (unless they have a battery). And when you "turn the
computer" (turn it left or right?) it should not do
anything at all. Please rephrase your question.
