Hello,

System is running Windows Xp Professional.  System was running perfectly
fine till this Thursday.  I'm running the Complete Microsoft Office
Enterprise 2007 software suite.

Problem started on Friday morning.  Clicked on Outlook icon and the box came
up stating to install software.  I prompted throught the screens and it
errored out with the following:

Part 1:

Microsoft Office Outlook has not been installed for the current user.
Please run setup to install the application.

Part 2:

The windows installer service could not be accessed.  This can occur if you
are running windows in safe mode or if the windows installer is not correctly
installed.  Contact your support personnel for assistance.

I have tried everything that I have found online and nothing is working for
me.

kb=898512
kb=324516

I'm a bit upset at the issue at hand.  I'm getting tired of having these
kind of problems with Microsoft Products.  So at this point I'm unable to
access anything from the Microsoft office suite.  I've tired to download the
latest windows installer program but every time I do it says that what is
currently on my machine is newer that what I'm loading and it exits out.

Help!  I'd like to get this back up and running ASAP.
