I am running Windows XP and I am not able to open a .jar file on my computer
- however I  can open the file on other computers in the office running
Windows XP no problem.  When I attempt to open it on mine I am redirected to
the website for windows Window and to the sites with "RegCure" and the likes.

Any suggestions?
