Whenever I install my spsp2 disc I always do a lot of minor changes to make
it work the the I want it to.

Is it better to go ahead and do that before I insall sp3 or should I install
sp2 and then immediately install sp3 and then do the changes?

We are talking about minor stuff here like the way folders appear and the
colors and all those sorts of things.

Also I just installed sp3 on another machine and noticed I have two items
listem under HKLM runonce but the just stay there. Does that mean they will
run every time, is something wrong or should I just ignore it.

They are netfxupudate v 1.1. 4322 and srepostpone part of my zone alarm
software. Everything seems to be working ok but I like to know whats going
on.

Many thanks for any ideas.

Install XP. Install your video and audio drivers and chip set if there's
a question mark in Device Manager for the chip set. I then install Crap
Cleaner then and do a clean up, disk check and defrag. Then install SP3.
Reboot TWICE. Do a clean up, chkdsk and defrag. Then the updates. Then
your programs, with your anti virus, real time anti malware programs,
etc. last. Then the devices like your printer, camera and scanner. Do
another clean up, chkdsk and defrag. Then tweak to your heart's content.
