Recycle Bin Inoperative

I seem to have lost the Bin's ability to hold 'deleted' files. When I
click to delete a file, the file is deleted immediately rather than
being stored in the Bin.

How do I restore the Bin's normal action?

Thanks

OK, I've sorted it. Deleted C:\recycler, rebooted and normal service
has been resumed.
