I just installed Windows xp sp3. But after the installation I found out that Windows system restore function in Accessories-> System Tools ->System Restore does not work any more. I clicked on the icon but it ideos not load. What is hapenning here because of sp3? The Accessories-> System Tools ->System Restore function still does not work. I clicked on the icon but it does not load. It seems that it may not be related to sp3. I tried to start the start the system restore services manually. but I got this message: Could not start system restore service on local computer error 3: The system cannot find the path specified.
