Hi, I am running XPhome with auto updates and got the notice that SP3 was waiting for me to install. I started the installation, then thought STOP I should read about it before installing!! Now the advice was, as I am operating with Explorer V7 that I shld uninstall ExpV7 before installing the SP3. I have done that but now cannot find where the install files for SP3 are sitting on my PC - can anyone please advise? I have spent too many hours browsing via Firefox on the MS help sites but just cannot find any way to start the installation again. If I try to check updates at MS Home site, it tells me I am not using Explorer. I have presumed that since my autoupdates had already indicated it was ready on my PC to install - then the download had already taken place THUS why do it again? Am I totally mistaken that this service pack download is already 7 waiting on my PC? Look for it there.
