I am running Windows 98 and downloaded the latest version
of IE from the Microsoft update for windows on their
website. It downloaded fine, then went to install it. Here

I have caused some sort of change to my IE  which now results in the web
pages opening up in a minimized manner.  It is on my task bar, and I now
have to maximize it to see it.  Is there some way I can get this working
