evrytime i open internet explorer 6.0 it opens without a

I use a Windows NT 4 workstation with SP6a.
Installed is a Internet Explorer 5.5 with SP2
For testing i need a second IE on the same machine (IE 6 with SP1)

can't keep my password in outlook express, tried to reset several times, something to do with windows xp, professional, which i have! log in window keeps poping up

After upgrading to IE 6 from 5 on a Windows 2000 system
it doesn't upgrade to 128 bit and won't allow access to
sites that require the higher encryption. In Help and
about it still shows 64 bit Cipher strength.

Where can I download full versions of IE for all operating systems without
the IE6SETUP.EXE file.  Have a system and this has happened before where it
will not run ie6setup since it states that it is already running and need to
reboot.  But a reboot doesn't fix the problem.

When I try to open a jpg file, I get the message "cannot
find program.exe required for jpg files."  I just
