i have loaded the latest version of explorer, however, at
least once per session i get a message that exporer has
encountered an error and must close. The error is
automattically sent to microsoft, the browser is closed

when i click on the history button all i get is a folder
for hisotry (inside "index" and a folder for desktop which
is empty.  i can't seem to get any of my past history on

I am having a problem connecting to any secure site (my
internet banking site, stamps.com, etc.) using a proxy.
I am running windows 2000 SP3, and Internet Explorer 6
SP1.  We have two machines connected using a Linksys

Recently converted to SBC DSL.  Using a Dell Inspiron

day my Search Companion side window opens up and I can't

Every time I try to start IE, I get an error message
stating that IE has experienced a problem and must shut
down.  I'm running WINXP Home.  I've uninstalled and

I am unable to send an email while clicking on a link.  
For example when viewing forums and I wish to send an
email to the poster.  I get the message that there is no
program set up to send email using internet links.  I go

I don't know why, but after running windows update.  My
Javascript functionality of the webbrowser stops.  (Which
means that the WindowsUpdate page itself doesn't work
because it uses pure Javascript.)
