address bar, now when i try to get it back it just says

I've implemented site blocking through content advisor on
around 10 PC's as a temporary measure. And I've got a list
of site’s that need adding to the already existing lists

Tried to install service pac; says files missing; go for
missing files and try to reinstall; says files are
missing; ad infinatum.  I'm stuck, help!

Would anyone know how to set a policy not to allow an
individual user who is a local admin not to delete

I am using IE6 XP home, I use to have sound when I clicked on a link, but
