Hey, I'm getting soooo annoyed with these pop-ups I'm
recieving through something called "Messenger Service."
Yeah, can anyone give advice on how to get these pop-ups

I have a ME machine running IE 6.1 sp 1 which is missing
all it's toolbars, addressbars.  I am unable to retore

Okay so what happened was I totally deleted IE5 for some
reason and i downloaded IE6, but when i go to install it
says something like "cannot complete setup, make sure you
are connected to the internet".. and yeah i am connected...

I am trying to use content advisor in IE 6.0 and Win XP to
limit sites my son can access.  He has is own acct on our
pc via XP.  Prob is the settings I implement are in effect
for all accounts on the PC which does not make sense and
