My general tab has vanished as a tools option.  I have
Security, Privacy, Content, Connections, Advanced.  How
can I correct?

I need to install internet explorer 6 on a computer that
does not have internet access.  It is a Dell system with
ie 5.  A new program I need to install requires ie 6 and
I do not know how to update the ie 5 without internet

Every time I turn my computer on, I get an error message that says iedll.exe
is corrupt and needs to be reinstalled.  I found a file named that on my
computer, but it just gives me the same error message when I click on it.
Also, right after the iedll error message, I get an error ...

on the panel. Where do you set the home page?
