one of the websites i recently visited seems to have

I just upgraded to IE6.0.  I noticed that I no longer have
the "General" tab in the "Tools Internet Options."  I

I am a recent mover to Microsoft Outlook.  I had been using
Netscape 7 for my mail, but the program crashes too much.
My problem is that for whatever reason, I cannot get the
mail settings properly on MSO.
