Help. I have Windows Xp and can't get IE6 to install. I have tried downloading IE 6 time after time and during the installation process it cancels itself stating that this version of IE6 does not pass the windows logo test.

After installing this patch for IE6.1 (on W2K), I get Windows Explorer errors and explorer shutdown when navigating through folders. After uninstalling the patch, all is OK. Is this patch buggy?

Here is the fix for people having a problem installing Inernet Explorer 6 for XP when they get the message "This version of Internet Explorer does not pass the Windows Logo test.

After I set up my broadband connect I was suppose to uncheck the proxy box under Connections - Internet Options. The box will not remain unchecked. How do I keep it unchecked?

When viewing/editing Office documents within an Internet Explorer window, the menus for Excel are very limited. Is there a way to make all menus available? There are some similar issues with Word, but not as substantial.

In error I accidentally added Japanese text input support. This means I get this annoying "EN" pop up in the taskbar now. I never use anything but English. Using Add/Remove programs to get rid of it didn't work. It still keeps running. How to I purge this annoyance for good?

A consultant helped us setup policies long ago and removed the Content tab from the IE Options window. Now we need to import a certificate and can't find how to make the tab available again. Anyone got any ideas on where to look?
