My internet explorer icon has disapeared from my
desktop.  How can I restore it?

I think I was the victim of a virus, trojan, or some other
type of malicious software.  A short time ago, when I
opened IE properties, several of the tabs were no longer
there including General, Programs, and Advanced.

I recently downloaded the various upgrades available to
Internet Explorer 6.00.2800.1106 (Sevice Pack 1, etc.) and
to Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 6 (all the security fixes,
etc.).

I tried setting up e new homepage or use a current page
but every time I re-boot, the page goes back to an xxx
related web page and also install 4-5 xxx favorite site
which I din't install.

How do I print a copy of my IE Favourites showing names and addresses?

I am getting an error message in trying to upgrade from
IE 5.5 to IE 6.0 using Windows ME.  It says some
components were not installed and that the install was
not completed successfully.  I need IE 6.o to run

WS_FTP stops working after Citrix install.  It opens up

Whenever I try to open explorer or browse my computer, I
