I click on "view" and then click "toolbars" and
uncheck "search".  Teh search bar goes away - which is
great.  But when I open internet explorer again, its
back!  What am I doig wrong?  How can I make it stay

Suddenly my popup windows are not working.  I have NOT installed ay
popup-blocking software.   It's a problem on every web page that utilises
popups.
What's happening?  It all worked fine yesterday!!!

When I click on an email address while at a website, I get
an error message - no mail program installed.  I've
checked under Tools - Options - Programs and the email
space is blank.  Newsgroups has Outlook Express (which is

After I have finished my online banking ane closed the IE, when I re-load
the IE, start typing in my login name, it shows a bunch of names.  How can I
remove these entries from the IE or the system?  Any pointers are
appreciated.

I am missing my address bar in internet explorer.  When I
click on view, address bar is checked to be active.  But
it is nowhere to be found.  How can I get it back?  I

article. THe naming sceme seems a little odd to me. Can
