Whenever I am using the internet explorer, these small
windows pop up advertising enlargements, medications,
dating services,etc.  How do I block these pop up windows?

I'm not sure if this is the correct board to be asking
this question on but in some way it does have to do with
Internet Explorer. I read alot about anime and the like
and some sites that have information I'm interested in are

When I click/choose "My Computer", "My Documents" icons or
select "Find", "My Computer", "My Documents" under the
Start menu, the modem starts my dial-up connection instead
of opening those files/programs.

I am currently using win 2000. IE 6.0. When I open
favorites the items are listed in no apparent order. How

I was having trouble opening a jpeg file so i unticked the
Show this message box on the File download window. Now
whenever this window comes up it just flashes on and off
and I cant do anything with it. Resetting to defaults did
