I have IE 5.5 and am thinking about upgrading to IE 6.
I've read that the minimum processor requirement is 486
mhz for IE 6.
My Dell computer has a Pentium II listed in my system

When I try to download IE6, I get this message:
"Setup was unable to install all the components. Please
close all applications and try running Setup again."
When I push help I get this message:

when I attempt to download i am told a previous setup was
not completed..to reboot and finish that setup first.  
when I reboot, i dont get an option for finishing this.
