Is there any way you can keep your history from being set
to "0".  My kids don't want me to be able to see where
they have been on the internet. So no matter how many

I'm running WinXP Pro on a home system.  My account is set
up as the administator account.  I'm having 2 problems.
1) I can't access Tools>Internet Options, I have to go into
Internet Options from the Control Panel.  The error message

I have no address bar so I cannot type in a web page

I installed some updates on my Home PC running Windows ME.
All of the sudden there is no general tab in Internet

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling internet Explorer,
