Two tabs are missing from the internet options
menu: ,programs, and 'general.'  Anybody have any ideas?

This toolbar called (SurferBar) mysteriously appeared and
I can't remove it. I can uncheck it and hide it but it

I have Internet Explorer 6.  When I go to Tools>Internet options I no longer

I updated to IE6.0. The "internet options" in the "tools"

I have been running IE 5.5,  I have downloaded IE6 with
