I installed a lock on my internet options> contents and I
have forgotten the password. I wanted to change the
settings but it keeps asking me for the password I have
forgeotten. Please help!!

I received an email from Microsoft informing to install
the above file. However, when I tried to COPY or SAVE AS
into my directory and run it, an error message

My IE 6.0 install appears to be terminally corrupt.
Can I use the IE 6.0 SP1 file to re-install IE 6.0 after
uninstalling/deleting the current copy?

I download the update...
It tells me to restart... I restart...
it tells me it failed to install Explorer 6, restart
again... I restart again...

My computer tells me the I need to reinstall IE6, but when

Updated to IE6.  Lost ability to access Internet Options
from the Tools menu.  It is available from the Desktop
Icon by right clicking & going to Properties.  Anyway,

Had problems getting AOL sign on after upgrading to AOL
9.0.  Was ok for about 3 weeks then suddenly would not let
me sign on.  AOL tech support had me make numerous
changes, then had me uninstall and reload fron a disc.

Haven't seen my post, sorry if duplicate.
Impossible on this computer to open any site using
internet explorer 6.0  All sites work but with AOL.  I

My future mother in law has an ancient dell running windows 98, on which she
had used AOL dial up. She has recently switched SBC DLS, but I can't get rid
of the AOL IE browser (title bar says "MS IE provided by America Online".

i downloaded ie 6.. now whenever a pop-up or child window
opens, it stays blank and i have to refresh the page to
see whats on it. can anyone help me?? thanks!! :)

My browser used to open adobe acrobat automatically when
I clicked on a PDF file.  Now I get an message
saying "Acrobat not found" unless I open acrobat
manually.  Is there any way to get it to open

Aill appeared to go as expected but in I.E. advanced tab
there are no VM settings and java will not run.
Is there a way to correct this?

I have set my home page and it changes when I re-boot or
turn my system on....the home page is something I am not
familiar with.  The problem Home page is
