i hate it when i goto a webpage and a script runs that changes my home page
without asking with a pop-up from IE. is there a registery edit that can
stop the home page from being changed?

Hello there, I'm hoping someone can help me to sort this
recurring problem out that I have. Microsoft is not my ISP
however, each time that I open internet explorer I

I get jumped on the net when I don't want to.It jumps on

Can I password protect internet explorer. In other words,
on launching internet explorer from the desktop, can i
password protect it so that noone else can use it?

When I try to download IE 6 an error message tells me I
have a pending update that needs to be completed by
rebooting before I can download IE 6.  Rebooting does not
solve problem.
