UNABLE TO VIEW PAGES DUE TO ACTIVE X SETTINGS. ALL ACTIVE
X SETTINGS ARE SET TO "ENABLE", YET PROBLEM PERSISTS.
DIAGNOSTIC TESTING REVEALS CORRUPT ACTIVE X/COM FILES.
HOW CAN THESE FILES BE REPLACED OR REPAIRED?

When I open Explorer, an additional tool bar appears
called "Intelligent Explorer". I have removed the program
files, but it keeps coming back even after unchecking it
in the toolbar options. How can I permanently delete it?

I have two users set up on my computer using Outlook
Express.
One user has no problem opening attachments.  The second
user is unable to open attachments.

Without apparently any changes in Outlook Express setup
(font size and type) the body of recieved emails print in
a very large font-proportional to the screen size.  The
size varies if the screen size varies, but is about a 24

I have just had to reinstall everything.  My "favorites"
used to only show those URLs that had been used recently
but by hovering over the list or pressing the triangle at
the bottom of the list they would all appear.
