How can I get rid of an unwanted toolbar?  It was

I've downloaded the IE6 Service Pack a number of times,
and everytime I try to install it I get a range of
problems.

scroll bar, the page I was reading jumped down almost

Made the mistake of installing an SBC Yanoo version of IE and then a
user (kid) went Kazaa and all hell broke loose.  Must have stumbled
into PopUP/virus Hell. Finally got rid of the viruses and did as much

Can't use Windows 'repair' utility to fix problems with IE

When I receive attachments (Excel, Word) I can't open
them.  At the top of the page, it says, "OE removed
access to the following unsafe attachment in your mail."

While scanning through the contents of my hard drive, I found a bunch of
what I think are cookies.  First, let me say that I am running IE6.  These
are located the following folders:
