I've dealt with a virus recently and now IE will not load.
If I try to run it, it shows up as a process in Task
Manager, but disappears just as quickly.  I've tried to
reinstall/repair and to install the newest service pack.

Is there a way to add/remove shortcuts from the shortcut
menu that pops up when right-clicking the mouse in the
browser window?
