I read that to get Outlook Express Re-installed I must
Download IE6 to get it. ( I Deleted OE while really using
Outlook 2002 & not knowing Outlook requires OE for MS
support.)Are there any "Gotchas" when Downloading

My favorites have disappeared. Shows "empty" at bottom of

I can't access any secure Citibank site. After hours with their tech
support, they have concluded that I have a corrupted version of IE6. I can
access many other secure web sites, even their partners at Smith Barney.
How can I get a complete new install of IE6 not just the setup ...

I have an entry in my history that begins with www2.  I
can not find it and the clear history does not get rid of
this.  Any ideas?

Some how I have managed to restrict myself from the Tools
Internet Options part of the explorer.
When I go to Tools and the Internet Options button I get
a messgae saying, "This opertion has been cancelled due

I can't get autocomplete to work.
In "tools" / "int. options" / "content" I check off all
the boxes for autocomplete and nothing happens.
(the "apply" box does not get 'dark' so you can't apply

I have attempted to download and install ie6 using windows
me, however the installation failed and was incomplete.  
Now everytime I boot my machine, I am prompted to reboot
to complete installation.  Ie6 installation is obviously

I have W98 SE installed, with IE 5.00.2614.3500IS as the
current browser version.  I have downloaded ie6setup.exe
but it consistently fails to install.  Only message is to

When ever I load a page that has a iamge (JPEG and Bitmap)
that is larger than the screen, it loads and then
automatically resizes to fit on the screen. The result can
be a distorted diaplay or merging of colours.

How do I stop the 'work offline' popup message from coming
up continuously?  Also when bringing up my AOL, the
Internet Explorer also keeps coming up and coming up.  How
do I stop this from happening..

The last time I opened IE (v 6.0), it went to my home
page but all navigation icons (back, stop, refresh,
etc.), the URL address box, & favorites are missing.  I
cannot find a way to even type in a URL or change my view

I went into a website with javascript links (for example:
compose new mail, reply, reply all...)  However, when I
click on them, nothing happens.  
They used to pop up a new window for me to send/reply

A rogue web site address has somehow found its way to
become my Default homepage in IE.  Does anyone know how to
change the default as the "Restore Defaults" option
doesn't seem to do anything.  I know I can switch
