How do I access my inbox from a remote PC?

I'm experiencing a problem where cookies from web sites
I'm trying to use are always rejected on one particular
system.  On other machines no problem.  I have reviewed
cookie security and privacy setting - NOTHING makes any

When I try to access Internet Explorer 6 Tools/options, I
get the following restrictions dialogue box
RESTRICTIONS
    This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions

After installing IE6 SP1 on a Dell 2.0 Mhz, 256 Mb ram, 20 Gb hd, it stopped
writing cookies.  I changed the Privacy settings under Tools / Internet
Options / Privacy to accept cookies, but this did not solve the problem.
Something else must be set somewhere else that is over riding ...

Can antone tell me how to Increase the number of active

hey, I can't seem to fix this problem I keep having with

Got an issues regarding the setting of options in IE 6.0
SP1.
For some reason I cannot set the default email program.  

I set up a WAP for my brother but cannot figure out how to
tell IE to use the WAP for internet access. He used to use
dial-up on the laptop and I set 'never dial' in the
options. He uses Win XP and I am not used to the options

I have three questions regarding Favorites.
1. How can I chnage the location of favorites? For
instance, my current favorites folder is located in local
