When I try to access Internet Explorer 6 Tools/options, I

After installing IE6 SP1 on a Dell 2.0 Mhz, 256 Mb ram, 20 Gb hd, it stopped
writing cookies.  I changed the Privacy settings under Tools / Internet
Options / Privacy to accept cookies, but this did not solve the problem.
Something else must be set somewhere else that is over riding ...

Can antone tell me how to Increase the number of active
downloads running on IE6.0 with all the patches install.

hey, I can't seem to fix this problem I keep having with
