When I click the explorer short cut on my desk top it
takes about 30 seconds to pop up.Just started happening.

I own Microsoft Windows ME and I am unable to load my new
Microsoft Money 2004 Deluxe.  Each time I attempt, my
computer stops at 62% of loading Internet Explorer.  I have
tried more than 10 times during the last 48 hours.

I need to download Internet Explorer for another computer.  How do I
get the redistributable?  I don't want the little file that downloads
the rest of the files.  I need the one big file.  How do I find
this???

Every time I try to setup Internet Explorer 6.0, after it
runs everything, it brings this message:
   "Window was unable to install all the components.  
Please close all applications and try running Setup again."

I have tried various times to download the 6.0 critical
update for windows me and keeps giving me a message that
not all components could be downloaded and would have to
reboot the pc to finish downloading. can't get passed this
