I am using outlook express 6.0 on windows 98.  I received
some zip files from a friend.  I tried open the attachment
by clicking on the paper clip icon.  All the attachments

Two days ago anytime I save an image off the net it
defaults to BITMAP.  I have seen image names like
PIC123.jpeg while waiting for the image to complete the
download only to find untitled bitmap as my only option.

Since getting a computer with XP, the menu option for
creating new folders in address book is missing. The HELP
menu still refers to it, but it is gone. I've looked for
patches, etc - but to no avail. Thanks.
