I am running ME, with IE6.
I can no longer download updates for Microsoft, Flash, Shockwave and others.
Every time I attempt to update IE6 it gets to 66% complete and freezes
without an error message but shows to be Not Responding in Task Manager.

Everytime i try tools>internet options i get the error
reading "The operation has been cancelled due to
restrictions in effect on this computer. please contact
your system administrator." well, I AM the system
