I receive an error message when trying to send e-mails
with outlook express. They tell that mail relaying is not
allowed at the address I am sending a message to. how can

popped an error message informing me it can't start

I have tried installing ie6 several times on my computer
(running millenium edition). The computer keeps saying it
cannot install the program and another installation is
running, even after re-booting.

computers when it was showing as an installed software
